How to get a refund?

Refunds are processed solely by the merchant. Since blockchain payments are irreversible, Sheepy cannot cancel, reverse, or retrieve a completed transaction. If you wish to request a refund, contact the merchant or service provider from whom you made the purchase. Provide them with your transaction details, such as the invoice ID or TxID, to help them review and process your request.
