What happens if I underpay or overpay a Sheepy invoice?

If the amount sent does not match the invoice total, the invoice may be marked as incomplete or invalid. In the case of an overpayment, Sheepy’s system may automatically refund the surplus if it exceeds the minimum refund threshold and the transaction is confirmed. For underpayments, the invoice will display the remaining balance, and you can send an additional payment to complete it. If the status remains unclear or the invoice does not update automatically, please contact the merchant directly, as only the merchant can decide how to handle the discrepancy.
