What happens if my payment is declined due to KYT reasons?

If your payment is blocked due to KYT (Know Your Transaction) restrictions, it cannot be processed by Sheepy. In such cases, a refund will automatically be issued to the original wallet address, using the same currency and blockchain network. Standard blockchain fees and a refund service fee apply. These refunds may take longer to process due to additional compliance checks.
