How do I refund a fully paid invoice?

To refund a fully paid invoice using Sheepy, log in to your account and navigate to the transaction history in your Dashboard. Locate the invoice you wish to refund, open its details, and click the “Refund” button to begin the process. Sheepy will prompt you to confirm the refund before initiating the transfer.

Please note that all refunds are subject to a service fee in addition to any applicable blockchain network fees. Refunds must be issued in the same cryptocurrency originally used for payment, and the refund value will be calculated based on the current exchange rate at the moment the refund is executed. Once processed, the transaction will be recorded in your history for future reference and reconciliation.
